Each quarter,Sotheby's International Realty publishes a state of the real estate market if you will, for Fairfield County,CT and north through the Shoreline area. It is a comprehensive report and one you should read if you are considering buying or selling property in the area. Data shows more strength in the shoreline areas, and most activity taking place in the entry level categories.
