With the influx of young professionals from UBS and RBS, high end luxury condos are becoming more in demand than ever, While the low end in condo marketing has stagnated, units in upscale luxury condos like Trump Parc are taking off.

Developments such as Palmer Hill,River Oaks,The Maples and Center ridge condos have contributed to a luxury condo market in Stamford. Although pressed by some would be buyers to lower prices many developers have stuck to their guns.Large scale developers are not subject to the same market pressures as smaller developers and are more willing to ride out the storm.

Young professionals coming out of New York are attracted to Stamfords’ growing and vibrant downtown and have helped fuel sales that range in price from $450,000-$3 million.

   I am moving to Stamford in the spring around mid April. I have be attending a golf school were I am at now and I really would like to continue my progression. The question I have is, do you have any listings near Sterling Farms or E. Gaynor Brennon Golf courses. Thank you for your time.
