Darien Real Estate buyers-are you still out there?
The word among agents here in CT is that there are lots of buyers on the sidelines just waiting to jump in the game when we “hit bottom”,whatever and where ever that is. One has to wonder however,that since almost everyone has been affected by dwindling 401Ks and shakey job security, if those buyers are still out there.
